An Overview of Honeysales

Honeysales is a Berlin-based, seed-funded sales technology start-up that provides Meetings as a Service for businesses looking to generate and manage better sales opportunities.

The company works in a fast-moving sales environment where teams need accurate prospect data, faster outreach preparation, and fewer disconnected tools. Their internal process depended on finding leads, enriching information, checking contact details, and preparing data for Account Managers to use.

Honeysales needed a more centralised platform. One place where their team could search for leads, enrich data through external sources, authenticate securely, and export structured results into their existing workflow.

How we helped

Our team developed a bespoke web application for Honeysales, designed around their internal sales operations. The goal was to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and give Account Managers a clearer way to generate and manage enriched lead lists.

Built a Bespoke Web Application

We created a custom platform tailored to Honeysales’ lead generation workflow. Instead of forcing the team to depend on separate tools, the application brought key lead discovery and enrichment tasks into one structured system.

Integrated Lead Enrichment APIs

We connected the platform with third-party data sources including Coresignal, Hunter, and GenderAPI. These integrations helped automate lead discovery, email enrichment, and additional data processing so the team could work with more complete information.

Enabled Secure Google Workspace Access

We implemented Google Workspace OAuth 2.0 authentication so users could access the platform securely. Google Drive integration was also added, allowing enriched lead data to be exported directly into Honeysales’ existing sales workflow.

Our Approach

We designed and developed a bespoke web application using TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. The platform allowed users to authenticate through Google Workspace, run lead searches using integrated external APIs, enrich contact data, and export organised results to Google Drive. The architecture was built to support future features and additional integrations as Honeysales continued to grow.

Outcome

The final platform gave Honeysales a more efficient internal sales enablement tool. Account Managers could generate enriched lead lists faster, reduce repetitive manual work, and keep lead data more organised. The solution also provided a stable technical foundation that could support future product development and operational growth.
